Privacy

Your trust matters to us. Any personal details you provide when booking are used only to confirm and manage your reservation. We do not sell or share your information. All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff for service purposes.

Reservations & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, wait time, or changes to your trip.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Passenger Conduct

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, and unruly behavior are not allowed in our vehicles.

Liability

All NIMA Door to Door chauffeurs will arrive at your pickup location 15 minutes before the time you request. If unforeseen delays occur after your scheduled pickup time due to traffic, weather, or events outside our control, NIMA Door to Door is not liable for those delays.
